Better walking
Had to walk home was waiting over an hour to get a driver, ended up walking over hour to get home thanks š
Badly let down
Twice they have cancelled a booking at the last minute and then overcharged
On the whole they are very good on local Trips
I have had issues with them picking me up from the airport but locally they are very good.
Gone right down hill
Not only do they give you wrong for being a few minutes late but when they are 30 minutes late itās ok and whatās the point in this pre booked thing when they never come on time and they are 15-20 minutes late so I am late for work my boyfriend books them for in the morning and they are late sometimes and he booked one for this morning and it didnāt even turn up he tried calling but the lady put him on hold and hung up on him so now he has to book another taxi which means he is gonna be late for work

Easy to use
Highly recommend very simple to use an keep track of taxi services
Ok app
App is ok. Lacks some features like apple pay, and accuracy is not the best (recently booked taxi from town centre and on app shows me that im in the middle of the channel) but luckily you can pin your position on map.
It would help if you would actually let us book a taxi
Practically all the time you are "unavailable" which is beyond a joke. Whats the point of this app if you canāt be arsed to do the job?
Can never book from within town
For weeks now Iāve had Code 32 error when trying to book from within town. Brother and mum had same issues on their app. Tried different cards, tried pay in taxi, it just doesnāt work.

Stopped working
There have always been a few errors (such as showing the time in GMT when itās actually BST)
But for the last couple of weeks, itās given an internal server error and itās impossible to make any bookings.

Dreadful app
Used to use this but since my debit card was replaced it wonāt let me add a new one. Deleted my account and reregistered and it still wonāt let me add my debit card to book.

Unable to add card details
The app allows you to enter card details for pre payment but errors every time you try to save them.
Doesnāt seem to work
I really want to use the app as would be easier however although Iām registered it never allows me to book, just says no availability. When I call I can always get a cab so it appears the app just isnāt working for me!
Brilliant serviece
First time using the App. Taxi turned up bang on time. Text message received as it arrived. Good to have fare quoted in advance. Just brilliant. Thank you.
Useless app but not as useless as the service
Given the name of this taxi company by the hotel, first taxi arrived never saw another one again despite ordering them at least two hours in advance. Avoid this company they are useless. They donāt deserve a 1 star review.
glitches
try and book for your location, itāll randomly decide Iām two roads over- even if I type in the address I want, itāll change it to what ever it wishes ?! and when you book for a certain time and they will dispatch the taxi whenever -
I had a guy ( at least twice now ) turn up early and I had to apologise to him and send him away feeling like a idiot but I check the booking and it still says the time I booked originally

Cab fares
I know the prices have gone up, but Ā£5:00 from the Range to Drove road seems a bit extortionate! Looks like I will be looking elsewhere in futureā¹ļø
