On the whole they are very good on local Trips
I have had issues with them picking me up from the airport but locally they are very good.

Not only do they give you wrong for being a few minutes late but when they are 30 minutes late it’s ok and what’s the point in this pre booked thing when they never come on time and they are 15-20 minutes late so I am late for work my boyfriend books them for in the morning and they are late sometimes and he booked one for this morning and it didn’t even turn up he tried calling but the lady put him on hold and hung up on him so now he has to book another taxi which means he is gonna be late for work

Easy to use
Highly recommend very simple to use an keep track of taxi services

App is ok. Lacks some features like apple pay, and accuracy is not the best (recently booked taxi from town centre and on app shows me that im in the middle of the channel) but luckily you can pin your position on map.
It would help if you would actually let us book a taxi
Practically all the time you are "unavailable" which is beyond a joke. Whats the point of this app if you can’t be arsed to do the job?
