None of the special Apple Stores are easily accessible. I couldn’t find the education store, Vets, refurbished, etc. stores. THANKS APPLE.

I like my iPhone, but found out tonight when you have like 3200 to 3300 spam calls blocked, there comes a time when you block a person you know and it will not block. And you can't unblock the spam calls like you can in a email folder where you can delete all at one time. You have to do each one of them individually, which take a lot of time. Siri doesn't work properly or give correct answers half the time in the microphone on the iPhone doesn't work properly half of the time either. So these are improvements that need to be made. In life, it takes criticism to improve. So please work on this. 🙂

Good app but purchases a let down
While this is a good app there is some issues which need addressing finding what you want is easy but when you do find what you are looking for and purchase I.e gift cards it says after purchase that it will be delivered within the hour but as I ordered at 8 am and it is now 1 pm this is not the case hence my rate when I did speak with customer service they advise it is 24 hours so very misleading information for customers

Extremely disappointed with Apple's refund policy.
I expect better from Apple. Policies should allow for reasonable exceptions when accidental purchases by children occur.
Can’t review the app store itself so here we are.
Extremely upset with the inherent abusive nature of apple’s app store, app store policies, subscriptions, subscription policies and I would love to know why apple gives applications the ability to resubscribe the user to a subscription after it has already been cancelled a week in advance of its renewal date. It is abuse, it is fraudulent, and beyond that, the subscriptions and policies associated with them are falsely advertised. This is deeply upsetting. You then only can appeal it twice before apple then says “naw we’re gonna keep this money and probably steal more later” I will never buy a thing from the apple store again after this experience. Unbelievable.
