Very unethical in my opinion
Got price in app and then bought gift cards at grocery store (for fuel points) to make the purchase. App wouldn’t let me select pickup at store. Called support who said go to store. I did waste 4 hours of my time because store wouldn’t let me use gift cards either (ripped the laptop away from me) even though they verified the balance on their own website. Told me I could only use gift card for delivery, not pickup. Now I have to wait weeks to get laptop plus take a day off work to sign for package. I consider refusing to honor your own gift cards very unethical.

Max was great to help us old ladies get started with the main main focus of our new phones. But we ran out of time right when things were getting useful to me and he mention a next class on ..how to utilize the Cloud for our benefit! We need that class!

The Apple Card and Apple Pay are confusing. Using email instead of text is Disgusting Whilst St., Journal said three years ago no one reads her email. I was at the Apple Store. I bought the iPhone online. It was confusing cause it said $40 for Verizon but then later I had to pay $40 to Verizon so now I’m looking for. The receipt because I originally ordered a yellow strap which turned out to be green so then I wanted the one that could be seen so I asked him for the red one, but then it was so terribly ugly with my green case that I went back to the yellow strap and now I need to figure out if they did it right because before I left, both straps were there and they gave one back and then I got to switch it back to the yellow green one but it was all super confusing not to mention that in Naperville, you have to go a half hour early to find a parking place. I found a parking place three blocks away and I had a two hour limit and I got out of the Apple Store only 10 minutes before that because the people they hire come there with no experience in someone train them so you know what that means

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Milton Keynes Apple Store. When I purchased a Belkin screen protector, I was specifically told by a member of staff that if it became damaged, I could have it replaced at no extra cost. That assurance was a key reason I agreed to buy it.
When the screen protector was accidentally damaged, I returned to the store expecting the replacement I had been promised. Instead, I was told to contact Belkin directly. Belkin then informed me that accidental damage is not covered and that I would have to pay £9.99 for a replacement.
Had I been given the correct information at the time of purchase, I would have made a different decision. I feel I was misled by the sales advice and disappointed that the Apple Store did not take responsibility for the inaccurate information provided.
Customers should be able to rely on the advice they receive from Apple Store staff. I hope Apple ensures staff provide accurate information about third-party product warranties and replacement policies to prevent other customers having the same experience.

Why would the app not work on old ios
Trying to shop new iphone but the store is disabled for my ios version must update ios to use the apple store app. I am sure this affects millions of apple users looking to upgrade their older phones.
