Bad Service Ever
Very frustrating support experience. I only had $0.04 remaining in my Apple Account balance and needed to clear it to change my region. The support process was confusing, and I was repeatedly directed through options that didn’t apply to my issue. It took far too long to find the appropriate way to contact support.Still cant find yet. What’s the point of making this app when u cant even support customer real need?

Apple steals, nothing better than common criminals.
The only thing secure about apple is making sure you don’t get into your own account. If you have your account and know your password you should not get locked out because you have an old phone number that you had to change because you were being stocked by someone. I’m sure a good hacker would have no problem getting into my account, but I know I can’t, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE MY PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT MEMORISED! I will never waste money on another device that Apple makes again. Complete garbage company. And they are thieves as well, kept trying to charge me after they locked my account. They can go to hell, well they’re probably going there anyway…

app store unacceptable
i find most apps that are advertised as free are really not! 'free for 30 days' then a fee is NOT free. IOS App Store here is just another Apple fail.

Awful Genius Appointment
I was told all my issues w my new iPhone 17 Pro Max would be fixed. Not a single thing has been fixed. I haven’t had working service since 2020. Apple will be added to my class action lawsuit along with T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T and Boost Mobile. I am done with Apple. I got fired from my job two years ago because I couldn’t be reached in an Emergency. I did drug and alcohol testing for companies like nmgco and PNM. Unacceptable. I am done. Game over man!

I pre ordered the new iPhone and I want to look at other products and no every time I load the app it says “almost ready for you preorder starts at 5am” I can’t do anything and customer service text says the same thing.
No Apple Pay on your own app?
Your own app doesn’t take Apple Pay or import address info from my Apple account on the upgrade pages. Just kind of embarrassing and lazy of yall

i just got a new bank card, NEVER ENTERED THE INFORMATION FOR ANY PURCHASE OR TO UPDATE MY ACCOUNT. Your company is STEALING private banking information. Touch my assets or information, ever again, Ill take whatever payment I see fit. Delete all financial information tied to my account or you can start paying the price.
