Cannot reschedule Genius Bar time
I couldn't reschedule Genius Bar time through app. Although they send me sms link, the website page couldn't load, keep sticking at loading page. I have no issue to visite other websites, so definitely not WiFi issues.

So Google Play gives people the opportunity to like or dislike reviews. App Store Does Not. Why? So I’m new to Apple phones and have been experimenting with several apps and like to leave reviews but I also read other people’s reviews to help me choose. 1) App Store filters reviews because they are not auto posted. 2) Most recent is usually 4 days ago so that also proves filtering and censorship. I say let the people be honest - stop accepting kickbacks and give the opportunity to express truth, likes/dislikes even if it’s about you.

Mum and Dad deleted the App Store app! They were fed up of approving apps all day. So I switch to your boring Apple Store! App Store is the best!!
With holding our money
I use gift cards all the time. Apparently Apple sees this as a fraud alert. The moneys is there in my account and they deny my payments from it, my money not theirs! This has been repeatedly reported to them for over a year now but they still won’t fix it until I call them and then I have to wait another 72 hours. I am going to Android soon as I spend my account balance. All I have that’s apple will be dumped , devices and accounts. You screwed my young nephew out of his time sensitive digital present and have now lost a long time user. Bye !!

Move the Get buttons
You need to move the Get button out of the finger scrolling path. Super annoying when it tries to download something in this store every time I scroll past it.
