I’ve had my lights up since Christmas and every time I wanna change the light colours it doesn’t recognize the string. It doesn’t allow me to put the password in. I followed the tutorial and the instructions on the app and none of it works. Are you guys gonna do an update to fix this? Did this company go out of business now because the link for app support it opens to a blank page that says the server can’t be found???

Great Product but Lack of Features
Always got the best compliments with these Christmas lights. Had them for over 5 years. I wish they would update the app with more lighting effects or creative features. Still using Christmas light show mode.

I was afraid this would happen when I bought these a few years ago and sure enough, the company went out of business. Typical globalist business model.
New update does not connect
Yes, the light last a long time and have been great for many years. However, the new update will not connect to my lights. The lights are no good if the app won’t connect to them.

Used to work but now it’s very unstable. Have to reset and doesn’t follow selection.
8+ years later
I Purchases these lights at least 8 years ago. They work as well as they did back then. Let me be clear.. I put these up on my new home 8+ years ago and I don’t mean I put them up ever Christmas, they have been on my house all year round to celebrate EVERY HOLIDAY!! 8+ years of sunlight, hot and cold weather. Because I’m in N.C. even some hurricanes!! They work and connect with my phone every time. This app works great and if you can find these lights you won’t be sorry.

Amazing Lights
I’ve had these same lights for 9 years and they work and have always worked fantastic. I love the ability to personalize everything. Only issue is that I’m pretty sure the company that made these is bankrupt, so u cannot buy more.
Lights won’t connect to app
The lights keep having to be reset by unplugging multiple times in order for the the app to connect to them.
But then they just stop following the settings and start randomly flashing in different colours.

Waste of time
Doesn’t work. Don’t bother. Please just go buy a better brand of lights.
Do not buy
These lights work for one full season max. Then they loose Bluetooth connectivity. Some lights in the string stop working. Some display incorrect colours, and some just flicker or flash. Absolute expensive garbage. You got my money once, but never again.
Cascading lights
I’ve had these for home and office for years. Getting the cascade effects requires your to program then shut off then back on.

Doesn’t work with iOS 17
App hasn’t been updated in a year and is incompatible with the latest iOS release. I would not have purchased these lights if they weren’t at all programmable. Now they’re going off in a tacky demo mode and can’t be stopped.
AppLights don’t work as expected
They seem not turn on on a cascading theme, they just turn on. Tried to get support,but the person I spoke with me could not help me.

They work great and I have never had a problem with the app.
Huge disappointment
This app never worked well and some of the colors were off (some whites appear blue). No customizations available. Now it does not work at all with IOS 17. Off to the landfill with these lights.
App no longer works with IOS system
The lights can no longer be controlled with an IOS system. Really disappointing considering how much we paid. Should have gotten permanent lights.

Save your money, program stops working, can never get all strands to work! Expensive garbage!
