Yes, the app is a waste time a charge upfront charge fee and they do nothing total waste of time they do give you your money back many times you can’t cancel until it’s too close to the reservation time and you don’t know if you have reservation reservations or not and you don’t want to make reservation reservations because you don’t want to be charged

This is where supply and demand make more sense. Where I live, supply is so limited with demand skyrocketing, so having an awesome app that is a reliable source for reservations is amazing
Has become a scam
Before it became illegal in most major cities it worked well. Now it seems like it is just 2-3 “concierges” that handle everything. My last reservation was a scam…and I still haven’t received the listing fee. Care less about that than the fact that it ruined an entire planned night because the reservation wasn’t real. Support seemed very uninterested in dealing with the scammer.

This app is a scam, doesn’t work, charges you to deposit money, and to get a refund as well. Single worst app on this store. Can’t wait for the class action lawsuit against this.

They side on scammers
Used this app a few times successfully in the past. Got a reservation that wasn’t real and then they never refunded even though I contacted seller and support multiple times. Got scammed pretty much. This app is not 100% guaranteed
Garbage app
Truly a worthless app from a worthless development team
It works
Long story short I needed to get reservations at a place that was impossible to eat at with a short notice. Appointment trader saw the problem for me. It’s definitely not cheap but it gets job done.

App is extremely clunky and slow. Crazy there’s still apps like this in 2025.
