One app for all the Houses

Love that everything is centralized into one app and experience; still lacks a better way to navigate find specific information about member benefits like restaurant discounts or seasonal benefits; could use a search terminal or expanding their chat bot to cover more parts of the member experience.

Beautiful, Convenient, and Effortless to Use

The Soho House app is incredibly convenient and easy to navigate. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it simple to explore what’s happening across the Houses. I especially love the great imagery and the ability to preview events, experiences, and details before booking.

Everything feels thoughtfully organized, and being able to discover and book events right from the app makes the overall Soho House experience even more seamless. A great combination of beautiful design and functionality.
