Missing the House Pay for Rome
The app is very nice and useful, but it is a pity that the on-app payment system is not working in Rome. In different Houses is working and it is so easy to fix the bill!

This app is the easiest way to book tables even better than OpenTable quite honestly.
Fix house pay
Stop having house pay reset the tip amount when someone leaves and re- enters the app. If I enter the app to look at my total and change the tip amount to 10% (I’m in Spain where you should be luck for ANY tip), then lock my phone and come back in a few minutes later to pay, don’t reset the tip amount to 20%. It’s SO annoying and has happened enough times to leave a bad review about it. It’s literally designed to trick the user. It’s deceptive practices and makes me so mad at soho every time it happens. FIX IT.

Access
The access to all events is less direct than before
Great vibe. Slow service
Always a great vibe at SH Nashville, although many of the furnishings are showing wear and tear where the fabric is fraying badly, which is very embarrassing when bringing guests for a visit. And while SH uses the European model for service where you do not have one dedicated server, it can be so ridiculously slow to get an order in once you sit down or any type of follow up at the table or busing of the table. Again, embarrassing when hosting guests and you are on a schedule to get in/out. Not sure how many times I have made this part of a review. Most all of the members feel this way. But since you asked, I will bring it up again.

I’ve been coming back for 19 years
Fashions come and go, but the last two decades as a member and closer to 25 years walking through the wonderful doors. I have experienced houses all around the world that’s so grateful that this magical place.
Generally well made app
Needs a product manager to implement a standard process for individual houses to standardize what is offered and how it is updated into the app. Think uniformly showing fitness options would be a good start.
Good but some complaints
Overall, it works well. My biggest complaint is that you can’t see events when they’re currently happening. You can only see events if it hasn’t started yet
Well Structured
The app seamlessly walks you through the different sections such as the events, bookings, screenings and so on. Making it easy to use and user friendly overall.
