Missing the House Pay for Rome
The app is very nice and useful, but it is a pity that the on-app payment system is not working in Rome. In different Houses is working and it is so easy to fix the bill!

This app is the easiest way to book tables even better than OpenTable quite honestly.
Fix house pay
Stop having house pay reset the tip amount when someone leaves and re- enters the app. If I enter the app to look at my total and change the tip amount to 10% (I’m in Spain where you should be luck for ANY tip), then lock my phone and come back in a few minutes later to pay, don’t reset the tip amount to 20%. It’s SO annoying and has happened enough times to leave a bad review about it. It’s literally designed to trick the user. It’s deceptive practices and makes me so mad at soho every time it happens. FIX IT.
