no support after lock out
doors are secured with electronic door lock. my lock died. called support and they said the would follow up over email. essentially locked out without recourse
The app actually feels really good and is useful
I can’t remember the last time I wrote an App Store review, but I’m writing one for this app because it actually just feels really good to use like it’s not junk. Everything is really well made and it just kind of works and has all the information you need and yeah pretty great whoever developed it should get a raise honestly

Great experience so far. The housing was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The move-in process was seamless, and the team was responsive and helpful throughout. I also appreciated how smoothly they handled my housing transition. Overall, a very positive experience.
