Extremely dissatisfied.
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience with Blueground.
I booked accommodation in good faith, only to be told that I had to leave early because the landlord wanted the property back. This has left me in the incredibly stressful position of having to find alternative accommodation at short notice in Dubai.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of flexibility and understanding. I have explained multiple times that I am currently out of the country and don’t return until just a couple of days before they expect me to move out. Despite this, I continue to receive emails asking me to confirm my final move-out date before I have even been able to secure somewhere else to live.
Instead of feeling supported, I have felt pressured to resolve a situation that I did not create. Trying to arrange a new apartment remotely, while overseas, has been incredibly stressful and time-consuming.
While Blueground has said they will refund the unused portion of my stay and reimburse reasonable moving costs, the overall handling of this situation has been disappointing. I expected much better communication, empathy and support.
Based on my experience, I would be cautious about relying on Blueground if you need certainty over your accommodation.

no support after lock out
doors are secured with electronic door lock. my lock died. called support and they said the would follow up over email. essentially locked out without recourse
The app actually feels really good and is useful
I can’t remember the last time I wrote an App Store review, but I’m writing one for this app because it actually just feels really good to use like it’s not junk. Everything is really well made and it just kind of works and has all the information you need and yeah pretty great whoever developed it should get a raise honestly
