Update desperately needed
It doesn’t matter what I do I cannot login. This is not the first time this has happened either. I reset the password and it still tells me invalid credentials. The text to pay works great but if you need to change the default payment then you’re out of luck. It typically takes me two days to get my account reset and logged in. From what I see in the reviews this is an ongoing problem.

WORST EVER
I’m not someone who writes reviews on anything ever but MY GOD! It logged me out randomly and anytime i try to put my information it’s saying “invalid login” without me changing ANYTHING!!!!! I reset my password to see if that works and still “invalid login” I have tried to go on their site to see if they have a customer service hotline or anything and THERE ISNT ANYTHING! Now I have to deal with my useless front desk manager at my apartment in hopes that I can pay my rent. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS

Buggy with no support
Payments fail in the app and website but still get processed through your bank, there is no support to show that a payment has cleared.

FIX YOUR APP!! 1/19/2024
I’ve been apart of my new community for 3 months now and this app is an important factor for me an many others of the apartment community for us to pay rent, submit tickets for maintenance, rewards tracking etc…but long story short this app has been a headache for me these past 3 months from submitting work order maintenance requests to trying to pay rent through the app!
The convenience is not so convenient because it gives an error message every time I’ve tried paying rent even with using a cc still I get an error message. This app really needs to be fixed and brought up to speed because right now it’s useless and a waste of time.

It NEVER WORKS
None of the features of claims to have ever work. IF it ever allows you to login, you can’t pay your rent, put in maintenance requests, see your rewards, NOTHING. Whoever does app maintenance DOESN'T DO IT. Nothing loads, anything you do, it either crashes or says “fetching” and never fetches. I always have to go online I’ve literally never been able to use the app.

Never works….
I moved into my apartment complex less than a month ago and this app never works. It wasn’t loading but I assumed that was because nothing was due yet until I got a late notice. Then I log in to try and pay…it won’t even load! I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. This thing is horrible and simply makes a horrible experience for renters….

Good concept but failed execution
I like the idea and being able to pay my rent and put in orders to maintenance through an app. It’s supposed to be convenient but there’s a lot of problems that needs to be fixed. First off, the app is slow in loading. Also when it does load, sometimes half of the screen is cut off. Also I can’t see my payment history. I take screenshots of my payments but imagine if I didn’t, I wouldn’t have proof through the app that I did pay

This app is complete garbage, it needs to be rebuilt from the ground up with quality assurance. The individuals who made this app clearly don’t have brains and are complete and utter idiots.
Worst app ever
Had no issues before and then all of a sudden I have to reset my password every time to get in. Worst app ever
Worked great, until it didn’t.
I started using this app back in April when I moved into my apartment complex. The app worked fine and I didn’t have any issues with it. Then, it stopped working entirely and I couldn’t pay my rent. An update was FINALLY made to it around December, and it started working again. Then, my phone updated, and the app is obsolete again. I log in, and it goes to an all white screen and I can’t do anything. Support is useless, as they don’t get back to you for WEEKS, even on time sensitive issues, and they provide absolutely no helpful information. They always tell me to talk to property management about the issue, even though the issue is with AppRent.

How do you create an app that makes you reset your password every time and never saves your information? Locks you out randomly from being able to pay your bill. There seems to be no updates for this application and it severely needs to be improved!. Security and password features need to be heavily improved. This app is terrible as it is currently

IF I HAD A DOLLAR FOR EVERY TIME I WAS ABLE TO USE THIS APP TO PAY MY RENT, I’D HAVE TWO DOLLARS 😡
Keep having to delete
At first the app worked just fine but for the last 6 months it has been the worst. I have to keep deleting the app and redownloading it to try to log in. I know I’m using the right username and password and keeps telling me it incorrect. So I have to sign in on my computer to use it.

I’m glad with reading the reviews it’s not just me but my landlord just got bought out by this company and it’s honestly a joke. When trying to login every time I try to login it tells me incorrect username and password thing is I have the password saved so I know that it is correct.

Website works this app is a complete waste of time.

Every single time I try to log in it says ‘incorrect username and password’ when I have changed my password 100000 times, wrote it down, and on the forgot password email it says my user name is ______ which I type in exactly how it says on the email but it still won’t let me log in. But if I go through my apartment complex WEBSITE it lets me log in with my username and password. Isn’t the point of the app supposed to be more convenient?
