Update desperately needed
It doesn’t matter what I do I cannot login. This is not the first time this has happened either. I reset the password and it still tells me invalid credentials. The text to pay works great but if you need to change the default payment then you’re out of luck. It typically takes me two days to get my account reset and logged in. From what I see in the reviews this is an ongoing problem.

WORST EVER
I’m not someone who writes reviews on anything ever but MY GOD! It logged me out randomly and anytime i try to put my information it’s saying “invalid login” without me changing ANYTHING!!!!! I reset my password to see if that works and still “invalid login” I have tried to go on their site to see if they have a customer service hotline or anything and THERE ISNT ANYTHING! Now I have to deal with my useless front desk manager at my apartment in hopes that I can pay my rent. PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS

Payments fail in the app and website but still get processed through your bank, there is no support to show that a payment has cleared.
