Late

Ordered 2 taxi’s in the last week and both were extremely late. The first taxi I ordered was very late as the man that had accepted the journey was sat at Morrisons for a very long time before setting off, furthermore the taxi also smelled abhorrent. I decided to give this the benefit of doubt and ordered the service again due to the good reviews. The second taxi caused me to miss my train despite pre-booking the taxi hours in advance via the app, set to arrive 30 minutes before my train was set to arrive. The taxi journey was only 5 minutes long both times. Never using this service again.

I use this taxi service for my son who has additional needs. they have a brilliant service and he absolutely loves the banter with the drivers. especially gaz and mark. this taxi set is an absolute god send for myself and my son. it’s gives my son freedom to get form a to b and gives me peace of mind knowing he is safe. the drivers always go that extra bit further. get your if the car so he can see them etc.
