Hi! Thanks for getting in touch with your problem. Sorry to hear about this. The premium will not let you unlock the daily jigsaw, either, if there is an issue with cloud saving. Please send your User ID so we can review the data from your account to check what causes this issue. Contact us at diamond@crimsonpine.com.
Great app
My only complaint is after the most recent update, when you are putting together puzzles under the collections tab, it no longer keeps your place.. so if you close the app you have to scroll and scroll to get to where you left off..
