Too many adds
I like this app but it has a large sum of adds and that gives a pretty large deduction

What happened
I used to be able to start a daily puzzle and get back to it the next day. Now I can’t go back and finish it unless I have a subscription- huge disappointment. And the ads are out of control.
Great app
This is one of my favorite apps!
My only complaint is after the most recent update, when you are putting together puzzles under the collections tab, it no longer keeps your place.. so if you close the app you have to scroll and scroll to get to where you left off..

Too many ads
I love this game. There’s too many ads! And you can’t play all the puzzles without paying weekly, monthly, or yearly. I totally agree with what Redalei said
Jigsaw by number
Feels more like a child’s game. No skill needed, no challenge. Weighed down with ads. Like so many games it is mainly Royal Champion that takes over the game with its longwinded ad. Managed to complete one picture but need to delete, it’s not for me.
Almost perfect
I have been playing this game since just after launch. I was absolutely heartbroken a few months ago when I lost my entire data on the game. I was back at level zero. Thanks to Przemyslaw and the developers I was able to get my data back. If anyone else has this issue which I know a few people have, reach out to customer support and they should be able to help you like they did me.
I could only make three possible suggestions for this app:
1. The ability to save via iCloud rather than via Facebook to prevent issues happening like the one I experienced a few months ago. I’ve been playing April oil painting for years and never had the issue I had with April jigsaw because the game uses iCloud to save your data rather than a third party site.
2. The ability to save jigsaws at the end of them. It’s frustrating that this game has been out for a couple of years now and in order to keep completed pictures you need to screenshot and crop. The save feature of completed pictures on April oil coloring is such a nice feature and would be greatly welcomed on April jigsaw
And finally
3. I wish that there was a combined subscription that had a yearly fee for both apps combined so I wasn’t paying individual yearly fees of $87.99 for jigsaw and $88.99 for coloring respectively. A cheaper combined yearly subscriptions that covers both apps would be nice.
I seriously hope that I don’t have any troubles migrating my save data to a new iPhone for April jigsaw in September. I hope it’s considered to allow iCloud backup for the app in the future to alleviate this concern

Ads!
Love this game but have deleted. The game play is smooth and original however I am not willing to subscribe as too much money for me this means I have to put up with being disturbed by an ad around every three minutes. This is frustrating. I understand you need ads to keep the game free but can’t you do this after each puzzle rather than in the middle.

If Not You, Then Who?
Five stars for the game concept, NO stars for the ad experience. I guess my problem is not with this game in particular, but rather the game I landed on when I had reached my fill. I had already seen the comments about the “ad issues”, but decided to still try it out. I actually don’t mind ads most days, and understand completely developers utilizing this method to get their product out there. What I DON’T understand, and will NEVER understand is when developers saturate the game experience with these ads. It would be one thing if there was a chance of it being successful at all. But when you are bombarded by ads over and over again, and it’s the SAME ad every 20 seconds, how is that effective? If I didn’t find the game ad interesting enough the first time to download, then I’m not going to find it so the 3rd, 4th, or the 24th time; and no, forcing us to watch the same ad, or any ad for longer than all the other times you show it isn’t going to do it either. My point is simply this… I don’t know who is paying whom, or who is spending their money thinking they will have a chance for more people to see their ads, but the way they go about it is totally and completely ineffective. I downloaded this game because it looked like something I would enjoy. It has great potential. I also will delete it after only trying once to enjoy it because of the reasons mentioned. There just must be a better way to offer games to people who can’t pay other than this. Like I said, I understand ads, but at least advertise in a way that at least makes sense.

I have enjoyed this app and have played several puzzles but I can’t afford to do a subscription,.. I have 13 days left on my trial and I want to cancel. I don’t see where I can notify you to stop before my due date comes around. Please cancel my subscription.. You are now notified.. Thanks
It’s not truly free
Downloaded it, opened it and saw it was subscription based. The text was so small you could barely see that it was 9.99 a month. I immediately deleted the app.
To many adds
I love the games but I am only giving it three stars because of to many adds. I don’t like how the adds pop up during my game. About every 20 numbers I fill in an add pops up. Please get rid of these adds.

It’s ok, just have to put the pieces where the numbers are on the puzzle. I don’t feel it’s worth the money their asking for it.

Not ideal for an insomniac like me! Plz fix it!
For some reason it says I don’t have internet (I’m literally at my house where I very obviously do have internet) and it won’t let me color the daily picture!

I enjoy the app but since the last update, I don’t get the sign in bonuses daily anymore. They no longer pop up when I open the app. Is this now just a feature for subscribers? It was fun to track how many days I’ve signed in and earn stars and coins.
