This is easily the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using.
Doesn’t work
Last update over a year ago, app no longer works. If you’re thinking about Aprima, please think twice. They have become the least customer focused company out there.
Now the Escribe doesn’t work
This is about to become legal with the amount of delay it is causing in our practice. No resolution from the support team at emds.
All the issues in the old reviews are resolved!

Since the latest iPhone iOS update, this app no longer works.
Is this due to eMDs purchase or Aprima?
Or due to eMDs being bought by a larger behemoth?
Is this the future for all of Aprima?

Stops working
The app frequently stops working and won’t open. Currently it is going through the cycle of this again. Since having this app fir greater than 1 year, this has been the case more often than not. No reason or error, it just won’t work
Login failure always
Terrible terrible app. Login only works about 1/3 of the time. It’s a gamble to see whether it will actually log me in or just say login failure.
Facial recognition
I use this app mostly to see my work schedule. The facial recognition for iPhone recently disappeared. This makes using the app much more cumbersome.
Worst app on my phone
Forgets login credentials constantly, even if you're using touch ID. Won't even remember the client ID. I opened a ticket for this and support pretty much said they don't see a problem on their end and everything is fine.
Scrolling is really weird, not fluid.
When you switch between different calendars it often will show the wrong days appointments.

Need a Patient app
The Aprima NOW mobile app seems only to be available for physicians. I would like a patient version of the app because my physician’s patient portal (running on Aprima) is useless from mobile.
Can’t use Face ID anymore on iPhone X
All of the sudden it won’t allow me to use Face ID anymore to login which is a huge problem. The settings only have an option for Touch ID, however on an iPhone X that isn’t even an option. Even if I do try and set it up, it crashes immediately. Worked fine before. Please fix this.

The app has been down for a week and a half now and nothing is being done to fix it
Good app, but does not do most things I need
It would be nice if I could do my normal work duties. Starting a visit note. Entering vitals. Editing visit notes. Being able to see all tasks or requests from a patients chart...
When the app can be used like a computer, it will be a lot more popular.
