Was great — now only ok
I loved this app until recent update took Face ID away. Now it’s a pain because I have go get my password before I can use it. Not helpful when trying to run a business. Please give Face ID back to iPhone users!!!!
Stay away from this company!!!
My small business tried out apriva pay for almost a year....half way through the year they put out an update and it kept a bugging out and not working on our tablet...every time we called customer service they tried to blame us saying the problem was on our end. When we finally got to someone that would actually help us ( almost a month after the problems started). Found out the new update only worked on apple products and android devices newer than 2016..their solution was for my company to go buy new tablets.... awful customer service, not small business friendly..my advice avoid them if you can!

Lost way too much business
On three different markets have lost business due to this app not working properly. going back to Square.
Not good
Everything was great until 6/9/16, when we stopped getting any receipts---email OR text. Very unhappy with app and considering switching to something else.
Not working properly
I can not get this app to load correctly. It stays sideways when it shouldn't, it will not give me a sales history anymore, it is refusing to scan cards, and it is no longer user friendly.
Bad update
This was a 5star app until the recent update. It's not convenient anymore. I work in the beauty industry and find this app horrible now. It used to give me the total of my tip and tax separately. It would be broken down daily and weekly and monthly for me but now since the update, it doesn't do that. You can go into the back office of the app (which takes forever to load if the you are using the iPad for payments) and check your total but it does not break it down for you. Now I have to sit there with a calculator and do it myself. What a waste of time. I'm afraid I have to go back to Square because Square made it much more convenient to use.

Crashes
This app used to be pretty good, until the newest update. It crashes all of the time. Also, the reports section is not as good. I have to choose to view reports as one day, one week, or one month. I can no longer select specific days.
Bugs in this app
Well, I got my new card reader & while it works on my iphone 5 there are issues that even tech support hasn't been able to resolve.
When trying to input a dollar amount for a sale you have to swipe the bottom tab upward to open the keyboard to type it in. For some reason the tab at the bottom doesn't show up most of the time so there is no way to swipe it.
This, in my opinion is a fatal flaw. If you can't access the keyboard to key in the total amount for a sale you cannot process the sale.
This needs to be fixed...ASAP!!!!
