Every time I connect reader to app, I receive an error message and notification that reader has a firmware update; this means for every transaction I have to force close app and restart to be able to run a transaction. Firmware update from within the app crashes the app. Telephone tech support tells me that there’s no issue and it must be user error. Worthless app, worthless processor, if my business succeeds it won’t be due to EPN. I’m small fry so they don’t care, one day that will change and I’m going to enjoy saying no to the sales person who grovels to try and keep my account.

App and reader interface
Overall very poor app interface is terrible, clunky, cumbersome and hard to navigate cannot back out of certain screens without restarting the application. So far the card reader will not connect or update support is non existent opened a ‘support ticket’ weeks ago and zero response. I suggest going elsewhere for your credit card processing needs.

Please update and fix the bugs in this application it’s very frustrating when we try to run cards for donations and you application is not working
App crashes when authorized.
The app is crashing after the signature. No way to confirm if the transaction went through.
