Not great
AQ test never conpletes
Eventually, I tapped on the X at top right and it went to the beginning screen as if I hadn’t done anything yet. It’s too bad; it seems the app has been orphaned.
App doesn’t allow signing in.
inaccurate, horribly unhelpful
AQ test did not work
Not at all accurate
Significant questions about accuracy
Great App, needs polishing
Problem with the apps
The "done" key does not react.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the application but the problem remained.
Does not seem accurate

Dear AQ Member, The physiological measure of anxiety and calm at any moment is based on the variation in your heart rate compared to your baseline heart rate preceding that moment of time. It is not based on your absolute heart rate. So, you may still be calm at 100 bpm if your baseline heart rate preceding that was, say, 140 bpm. A sudden drop of 40 bpm in this case would physiologically put you in a calm state, even though your general heart rate at that moment was higher than usual. AQ uses our proprietary technology that is backed by research from leading global scientists and peer-reviewed research papers published in respected journals by Oxford University Press and National Institutes of Health (NIH). AQ does not need more than 2 weeks of data to accurately provide the assessments currently offered in the app. In order for AQ to help our members improve their wellness, their trust in our science and the validity of our approach is critical. We will therefore be happy to offer you an extended free trial period to allow you to subjectively verify the app's accuracy. Suspected fake reports
I open the app and I see it reports the last few weeks and even compare one week to the previous one. It shows intervals of calm and anxious.
I suspect the app is faking information.

Dear AQ Member, The AQ app analyzes your mental state as long as you wear your Apple Watch, without requiring you to use/open the AQ app during that period. So, AQ wouldn't have reported your mental states for three days when you did not wear your Apple Watch, but must have for other times when you did wear your Watch, even if you did not use the app during that period. AQ passively pulls your vital collected by the Apple Watch and converts them into your mental state (anxious or calm) using our proprietary technology backed by research from leading global scientists and peer-reviewed research papers published in respected journals by Oxford University Press and National Institutes of Health (NIH). Hope this clarifies how AQ works. In order for AQ to help our members improve their wellness, their trust in our science and the validity of our approach is critical. Please reach out to support@theaqapp.com for any other questions you may have. Be mentally fit, The AQ team.
