Horrible Customer Service
These people are so rude! They are have horrible drivers and even worse customer service. My driver came so late when I order at 2:30am to get to work, he arrived late and still spent more than 5 minutes looking for me even though I kept flagging him down while he kept driving around “pretending” to look for me. Perhaps because of the color of my skin. I will advise all international students and workers to avoid this service. You’re better off using an Uber. Oh and by the way, when I called to complain, the Customer Service told me to “get off the phone”.
