Horrible Customer Service
These people are so rude! They are have horrible drivers and even worse customer service. My driver came so late when I order at 2:30am to get to work, he arrived late and still spent more than 5 minutes looking for me even though I kept flagging him down while he kept driving around “pretending” to look for me. Perhaps because of the color of my skin. I will advise all international students and workers to avoid this service. You’re better off using an Uber. Oh and by the way, when I called to complain, the Customer Service told me to “get off the phone”.

Great driver, cheerful journey
It’s not the first time I get Valeriu as my driver and he always provides great service and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Besides knowing his way around Portsmouth he makes me feel that I’m in good hands. He’s a real asset to Aqua Cars, please cherish him.

Been using this app for a few months and it has worked well for me. Very useful. But lately it has been problematic and throwing up error messages (unable to make booking phone the office) If this continues I shall delete it!
The worst taxi company
The app don’t work properly, the drivers charge what they want, I ordered a taxi from Tesco fratton way ti Dunbar road he tried ti charge me £12 😂 never will I use aqua again
