Horrendous
I have tried to work with factory reps for two weeks to establish my account. Sharing my screen, I have registered for an account- then they were unable to link my product using WiFi. Tried every which way the factory and I thought to do so. Created a new account- won’t let me log in. Try old account, won’t let me log in. Try to reset a password for either account- “communication error”
This could be such a useful tool, but the simple fact is this app is not user friendly in the slightest.
