Very poor App that has security implications
Bought a ceiling fan (from a large French based international home improvement retailer) and it is operated with this app. But my concern is when opening the app the user is asked for the password for their WiFi router and also either the password for their Alexa (Amazon) account or Google account. I have looked on my Alexa app for the settings as suggested in the paperwork with the fan and it is not available so you have to go through the app so that is suspicious in my view. This fan equipment is completely made in China and on opening the app the 1st thing it shows for the product is in Chinese.
When you look at what the developer can use under privacy etc it is basically everything about you so that is why I have deleted it especially when they have access to my WiFi and Alexa (Amazon) information.

The worst device
Is impossible sync the device with the app, I will return the ceiling fan because it’s expensive for the low low quality.
And the remote control it’s the worst!
Other chipper ceiling fan have more quality and better remote control with dimmable lights. I will not buy anymore a Sulion device!
