Useless App
Firstly hard to find the product I required, refers to their website, never solves my issues…
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
What a load of rubbish. Seriously. All it does it link you to different web sites. This could be a great resource if the developers actually knew what they were doing. But no, it’s a complete waste of time. Get your act together guys and actually pay people to develop an app, instead of getting your kids to do it.

Useless to the point of unusable
This app is absolutely useless - don’t even bother installing it. It essentially just directs you to web links and requires you to login repeatedly (doesn’t remember your login) that is even if you can log in. Every attempt I to login it rejects my credentials. I’ve only managed to successfully login once. Completely frustrating to use, poorly designed and implemented. Follows 0 apple app UI. It would be better for them to scrap this poor excuse for an app and start from scratch - pay for a developer to drastically improve the user experience. If I could give negative ratings this would get a -5.

Useless After Update
Can't log in to record any data. Constantly receive errors about cookies being required, however it's from the app so enabling cookies in your browser (like their guide says to do) does nothing to fix the problem.
Wish they'd use proper authentication. It never remembers your login details and the password field is plain text, so it's not recognised by password manager apps either.
At least provide us with the URL so we can record our data through a browser.

Good resource for aquarium and fish enthusiasm. I use it all the time especially before buying fish for aquarium. We also can record logbook for aquarium. Highly recommend it.

So disappointed since l invested in the biggest Aqua One tanks but the apps never loads, all l get is the loading symbol so l wouldn’t even know what benefits it has.

App appears to be an older build, maybe not working on iOS 14.
After accepting condition, main menu is displayed with no content and clicking on products just shows busy but nothing happens.

Great concept, unfortunately it hangs everytime you go to use it.
I don’t know if it’s just me but I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time I want to use it.

Makes you log in each time
Good idea but it makes you log into your account each time. Why can’t it just remember you?
