Useless - waste of money

Have now been using this system for a year, slowly gaining understanding of how it should work.
The outcome being that it simply does not work. Whether I have the app on with it stating I am following or not, the phone shows exactly the same signal strength.
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The other let down was the R41 is supposed to support 5G, but it doesn't and I have to force my mobile into 4g mode.
Stay away.

Absolute rubbish app

One of the worst apps I’ve had the displeasure of using. Spending over a grand on their hardware which barely does what it supposed to and then the app is even worse. So hard to connect, without jumping through hoops. Even the tech help just say try turning it off and on again. That’s the best they can come up with.

I use Victron gear and their app works flawlessly every time. They need to take a page out of their books and fire the current people in charge of apps

Don’t waste your money on their devices, total waste of time.

Unreliable. Doesn’t work more than 80 percent of the time

I spent over a thousand dollars to have a booster installed to improve the safety of my driving in remote areas. Unfortunately, the software does not work. I hope nobody using this has an emergency where they are unable to get service. Advice to others: find an alternative of your life depends on it
