Useless - waste of money
Have now been using this system for a year, slowly gaining understanding of how it should work.
The outcome being that it simply does not work. Whether I have the app on with it stating I am following or not, the phone shows exactly the same signal strength.
I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The other let down was the R41 is supposed to support 5G, but it doesn't and I have to force my mobile into 4g mode.
Stay away.

Absolute rubbish app
One of the worst apps I’ve had the displeasure of using. Spending over a grand on their hardware which barely does what it supposed to and then the app is even worse. So hard to connect, without jumping through hoops. Even the tech help just say try turning it off and on again. That’s the best they can come up with.
I use Victron gear and their app works flawlessly every time. They need to take a page out of their books and fire the current people in charge of apps
Don’t waste your money on their devices, total waste of time.

Unreliable. Doesn’t work more than 80 percent of the time
I spent over a thousand dollars to have a booster installed to improve the safety of my driving in remote areas. Unfortunately, the software does not work. I hope nobody using this has an emergency where they are unable to get service. Advice to others: find an alternative of your life depends on it

No use at all
Worked for a day. Now just keeps searching for device. Plus shuts off multiple car play apps. Don’t bother.
Another useless app
Tried using this app in an attempt to make my Cel-fi unit better than useless and the app is no better. Will not find my Cel-fi unit at all.
Newer software issue
When using my iPhone 6s with version 15.8 (19h370) I get stuck in the pro help page of app. After getting to index and selecting a sub menu, then returning to index, the X button does not work and can only ext help screen by shutting down the app.
Bar graph is simple indicator of operation but I prefer the % of signal as in older app.

Simple to use, but stops music??
Simple to setup but it keeps stopping the CarPlay music.. needs some updates :-) but overall it’s great to see that you can get the Booster to follow your phone…
Limited performance
The product improves the alignment of the phone and cel fi bands as intended but on iOS it does not run in the background and when in the foreground it stops CarPlay apps such as music making it of only limited use in a mobile situation.
