Connects to portal, no notifications
The app simply connects to the portal. I was hoping it’d give me notifications like when I need to add more salt. Maybe in a future release????
App simply doesn’t work
I have a one month old Aqua Systems water softener and filtration system with Wi-Fi included. The APP is not working consistently because it does not appear to be kept up with updates in Apple IPhone software. It does not connect to the full strength WiFi I have at home even though the control panel is connect. The APP is useless and provides not information or alerts.

App not working.
I had a new system installed 10 days ago and this app is not working. The salt monitor system is useless unless the app works. My wifi signal strength if full to the unit and the system goes into an endless loop trying to connect. No one seems able to fix this problem.
Waste: almost worse than not having any app
The app (and website) have been down several days now, so there is no way to check data. But even when you can access information, it isn't very helpful.
This app is such a wasted opportunity. Aqua Systems could attract so many more customers if they would just build out the functionality of this app. For example:
Alerts: allow user to set up alerts if water level gets low, or if water flow is over so many GPM for a period of time. Right now, the app will alert you if you are low on salt, which is nice. But that’s it.
Access to data: the ability to see water usage in more detail (hourly?) and filter on different date ranges. Now the app just gives a running daily summary with no way to drill into it. I had a big usage spike one day, but I was unable to dig into data to pinpoint when it occurred to find cause.
The only useful thing the app does is it allows you to start a regeneration cycle. But that's only if you happen to open the app when level is low and see that it needs to run. And, of course, you can only do this if the app is even working at all.
Also, the app won't remember your log in credentials. So you have to enter user name and password every time you open the stupid app.
Our local rep is great, and the system itself is good. But why offer the WiFi option at all if you aren't going to support it in any meaningful way?
The next company to make water softeners a more of a Nest-like appliance will take over the market. All Aqua Systems needs to do is invest a little time and money to finish out what they've already started.
The app has been exactly this bad for years. Just lazy and a blatant disregard for best interests of customers.

Won’t remember logon info
The app works as advertised. But if you select remember me on the login page the next time you load the app your login ID is not there.
