Good concept if it could focus
Virtually impossible to get the necessary green outline and acceptable focus long enough to acquire image.

Is this app their way of making us WASTE strips? App won’t read strips.
Worked for a few weeks not force closes
This was a great app when it worked , took a pic of the strip and it loaded and gave accurate advice to fix pool chemicals. Lately the last month or so weather pic or manual entry once you hit next it closes the app and you have to start over . Very upset as this was the one reason I spent the extra on these strip to keep from going to the pool store for water tests .

Update crashes
Since update 2.0.10 after strip is read, trying to go to the readings and recommendations page causes the app to crash and force close. iOS 26.5.2.
App is broken
I haven’t been able to utilize the photo capture all year after 2 years of it working great! Now even the manual input is broken after the last fix! After wasting time entering everything when you hit next it closes! And forget about support, they only provide an old fashion mailing address to contact them. Guess I will need to find a better water test strip company to use!

App crashing
I’m not sure if the app was updated recently, but as of 8/1/26 the app crashes when entering a strip reading. When you reopen the app, there are no readings stored.

App doesn’t work
It doesn’t work. The auto capture doesn’t work and the app crashes when you try to manual input. I just uploaded a picture to AI instead since this app is useless. I will not buy these strips again
The app closes
I have never been able to get a test result due to after taking a picture of my strip or manually putting in the numbers. After doing one of these things the app closes down
Crashing
App crashes immediately after taking photo. Very disappointed, should’ve went with the cheaper strips.
App locks up or quits
This app constantly just quits or locks up. It is so inconsistent that it’s annoying, and it’s a waste of money purchasing their overpriced select connect test strips.

Photo capture results crashing
I really love this app, it has been working great so far, but lately every time I do an auto capture of the test strips, and I click next, the app crashes and kicks me out, every single time. I have not been able to get a history for a week now. Please fix!!

App started out really good accurate readings then one day it would take the pic then I’d hit next app would shut down tried again same thing has never worked again tried deleting and reloading same thing tried rebooting phone same thing wish they had a fix I really liked this
Not worth a thing
Bought the steps, test strips and downloaded aqua Check connect. Scanning the test strip is not really easy. You have to get it exactly position correctly and once you scan it, it shows you all your values and there's a button that says "next" when you hit the next button, it closes the app.

Bad Update
Latest update causes the app to crash when hitting next after capturing the strip. It was ok before. The app was 90% of the reason I purchased this kit. Now it is a week later with multiple reports of the app crashing and I’ve seen no indication anyone is addressing it.
