Unable to access premium features even after paying
The app offers a “14 day free trial,” but will bill you for a monthly/yearly subscription immediately. Even after paying for a subscription, premium features like sending a workout to your garmin device are unavailable, and the app continues to prompt you to purchase a subscription. There are other several key features like account deletion and removing a device from integration that just do not work. I highly do NOT recommend this app.

Hi, I’m sorry your first experience was unclear. You should be able to understand the trial and purchase terms, restore a purchase, manage a Garmin connection, and delete your account without a dead end. We’re addressing these flows in the next update. We can’t access account details in a public review; please email support@aquaplan.fit from the address on your AquaPlan account and mention “App Store review” so we can help safely. Apple handles App Store refund requests directly through purchase history.
