Love the updates
I use this app every time I go to the aquarium. The map is super helpful and I love that I can read the exhibit info and decide where I want to go.
Loving the new update
Love the fresh new look and all the beautiful pictures. There’s more animals to help ID and they show you where they are in the aquarium. Hoping it gets even more animal updates but excited to see where this is going. Oh! And the new stamps in the scavenger hunt are cute!
Schedule of events
I would highly recommend offering a Gantt chart view of the schedule like you have in project management. It would allow folks an easy view of which shows have conflicting times, how much is left of the show, status of the show like green for currently operating, red for doors closed thus no further entry allowed, gray for cancelled, etc… Make it possible to scroll horizontally to decide which coming shows to see. Allow folks to setup a reminder for a show since your app can send notifications.

Review
The app feels poorly built. The main problem is that the map doesn’t show you what is in the empty tanks that the app shows. You also cannot see where you are on the app. Overall 3 stars.
Apple Wallet Card
It would be very useful to allow saving memberships cards to Apple Wallet so we do t have to carry it. I saw someone else also requested this. Can you please add this? The LA Zoo just did.
Not the greatest features
When going to the visitors guide it is annoying that you cannot make the screen bigger (zoom)and what’s up with the “read now” letters in the middle of the screen as well as the “ld Publish Online” in the upper left hand corner that won’t disappear ???
I also don’t like that you have to make admittance time reservations but cannot do so without paying for the ticket in advance and if I am not mistaken cannot get a refund.
Why not give the option to reserve a time slot and then pay on arrival ?

Accessibility issues
Hi! I visited the aquarium on my birthday and, decided to get the app to get more out of the aquarium for my next visit and, I went to the menu and went to the accessibility information and, since I’m blind I saw that you guys had and audio tour that was downloadable from the app but, when I tried to go to the visitor guide there are some buttons that are not labeled and don’t seem to work? Thanks.

Fantastic and helpful app!
This app greatly enhanced my visit to the Aquarium. It displays all show times and includes a map. Nice bonus features: list of animals and their description per exhibit, selfie with Aquarium frames, and frog sounds!
iOS version doesn’t work
Crashes everytime I click on an animal. Totally unstable. Real disappointment was hoping to use this to enhance a school trip to the aquarium. #pleaseFix
Needs membership info
It would be nice to log in with your membership number and scan your app so you don’t have to carry your card.

A pamphlet, and not a good one
It's actually easier to just pick up the map at the aquarium than to use this, which is a pretty spectacular failure of design. This should be taken back to the drawing board or scrapped altogether.

Interesting App. Enjoyed a lot in aquarium. There are some bugs when i navigate across aquarium. Interfece intuitive..
Great, but why does it keep deleting?
Every time I download this app, as soon as I sync, the app is automatically removed from my phone by iTunes.

Love this app...
The only problem iv had so far is with the aquarium puzzler not working properly. It kinda freezes up, I get stuck in it and i just keep tapping the screen till the home button pops up so I can get out. I tried it a couple times and has done it every time. Thanks for all the wonderful info on the animals, the map, and activity schedule.

It's like having a personal tour guide!
After downloading this app I've come to realize how much I have yet to experience at the Aquarium of the Pacific. I can't wait to go back to the aquarium and use this as my personal tour guide. Great job!
