Instructions Unclear for free wash
Downloaded the app after seeing a promotion online that first wash is free upon download. The offer is on the homepage but it says action required, I need to finish setting up my account. I click the offer and it responds as if it’s supposed to take me to another screen, but doesn’t go anywhere. No further instruction on what is needed. They have all my info…not sure what else I’m supposed to do to get the offer. Also a lot of AI generated imagery used which is disappointing.

So Exciting
Can’t wait to use it once my closest wash is open. It’s easy to use and navigate, manage a membership and purchase washes right from my phone! The design is clean and user friendly.
