If I know the app is bad, I will not purchase the toothbrush

BAD!

Let me tell you, the brush itself is solid—does its job. But everything else? A total nightmare. And by “everything else,” I mean the app and the user experience with the hardware. The brush randomly switches modes like it’s got a mind of its own, and there’s no way to change it on the brush itself. Not because there is no way to change it on the brush itself, because there are two buttons to work the brush. But, other than powering the brush, and letting you scroll through a different “options” with the second button to watch things flip through the “menu” on the little screen, the second button does absolutely nothing. So, naturally, you’d think, “No problem, I’ll just use the app.”

Wrong.

The app is an absolute joke. I change the settings in it, and guess what? The brush couldn’t care less. It just keeps doing its own thing, completely ignoring any input from the app like I’m not even here. Frustrating doesn’t even cover it.

Oh, and when you do to the history, the app crashes. EVERY TIME!

I know there’s no chance the developer will bother to reach out, so after screaming into my pillow, I’m just venting at this point.
