I am years and years buying from Aquatalia. First purchase on the app they sent the wrong item. No follow up from customer service after submitting email to help@ Will never use the app again. Not sure I’ll buy from Aquatalia again. So disappointed

Solid App with a loading issue
App literally doesn’t load, it just freezes on the title page
Cannot login under preferred profile
Your code sent to the email does not work! I could have used a credit but had to login to another profile to buy shoes. App is totally glitchy and super frustrating. One reason I haven’t bought form you in a long time.
The app doesn’t work at all
I’ve been buying Aquatalia shoes, both in-store, and mostly on the app for many years. The biggest issue is the search. No matter what size you put in, it defaults to size 5 if that’s the smallest size available. If one is not careful to go back and correct the size, you’ll be ordering a shoe size that does not fit you. that is inconsistent with the way most apps work where you’re buying clothing or shoes. on top of that the cart always shows empty every time I logon even though I have put things in it and I have had orders canceled for no reason. This used to be a great app and a great company so I’m not sure what has changed, but I would be very wary of ordering shoes through their app.

Where is my 10% off code?
I downloaded the app which was supposed to get me an additional 10% off and nothing happened. I called customer service and they said they would send me instructions. All they said was to look at my notifications and I looked at my notifications and there was not a code.

Not honest with reward claim
The website asks you to download the app and register for different types of discounts but I haven't received any code or email confirming my registration. You can't scam people to share their information with you. Please fix whatever problem this is caused by because I will not continue shopping with your brand unless it's clear what is the information and reward policy.
