Worked For Me
Saw the negative reviews but downloaded it to make the Atlantis Dubai experience easier. The two main features I liked were the ability to attach my credit card to my wristband for purchases and the ability to see where my kids last scanned. As a parent both of those made the day run a lot smoother. I had no issues.

Worst app and device ever!!! Slows everything down in the water park. The park ran much smoothly when it was paper wristbands.

It doesn’t let me register because my uk phone number is apparently invalid!
Don’t be put off by the 1 star reviews…
The app worked great for me, it was easy to sign up and linking my credit/ debit card and my wristband took a few seconds.
One improvement I’d like to see is the map be available at the tab bar at the bottom of the screen instead of accessing it via the group tab. It’s not very easy to find. Perhaps make the banner on the Home page that says “Go Paperless Check out the map” interactive and it takes people to the map too if they tap on it.
Despite not testing all the features, the features I did use seemed to work well hence my 5 star review.

The app doesn’t work
It makes you verify OTP, but it never sends a code to your cell or email. So frustrating.

Hi Designer who knows better, we did experience some issues on the OTP, but this has been resolved and it does get sent to your mobile and email. As I see you are based from the US, I can confirm that we don't currently send an SMS for US numbers, but have the email OTP as a back up option.

So bad….
Seems to be a theme in reviews. Was able to register a payment card in the app but upon receiving the bands at the park it wouldn’t link them to the app. Customer services said “sometimes works sometimes doesn’t” which says to me the app needs to be improved.
We therefore had to take a credit card around to pay for things rendering the wrist bands useless.

Can’t register
Says blocked by security restrictions!

I have the latest version of this app installed, but when I try to register it says ‘blocked by security’.
I want to be able to use this app when I visit Aquaventure but can’t!!

Pretty useless App
Having tried repeatedly to add my tickets and/or my credit card, have been told by staff that the App has had multiple issues.
Can’t now book the second ‘free’ day and having to pay again, which makes me feel this is a ripoff.
Note other App reviewers are having the same issue, which the owner states that an updated version needs to be uploaded. Trust me, this does not work!.
This is a worthless App and isn’t supported.
