Not working frozen screen
The App has not worked since the update and freezes at the trident screen and then said
FormatException:
Unexpected end of input (at character 1)
Hope you can fix this as soon as possible

Never opens
Downloaded app at park but it never open to anything. Frozen on launch screen.

Worked For Me
Saw the negative reviews but downloaded it to make the Atlantis Dubai experience easier. The two main features I liked were the ability to attach my credit card to my wristband for purchases and the ability to see where my kids last scanned. As a parent both of those made the day run a lot smoother. I had no issues.

Worst app and device ever!!! Slows everything down in the water park. The park ran much smoothly when it was paper wristbands.
