App doesn’t work!
The app freezes at the hotel selection page, I have tried to delete and download multiple times, updated my phone and nothing! Really disappointing!

App has your digital key in so it’s should know your details, yet cannot make an automated booking, offers dining option which do not account due your specific party (example: age of kids) and generally is not personalised enough or friendly enough to be worth using. I have had to speak to staff every time I needed something. The hotel is great but the app is pointless

Does work now
This app worked well last year with things like making reservations on it for the restaurants. Now it just seems to hang with a blank white screen. No amount of restarts or reinstalls resolves the issues. Looks like it does not like the new IOS.
