Wrong camera.
They have the wrong camera associated with my boat. I’ve contacted them via their automated message feature and via chat, to no avail. It’s been a month. Right now they get 1 star. I’ll edit this if/when they fix the problem.
Unreliable
Down more than it’s up and when it’s up it’s sketchy. Video and sound freeze all the time and Patchogue river cam doesn’t work. And forget about support, non existent. Repeated requests for help go unanswered. Helpful when up and running but to unreliable and for $30/month unacceptable. Save your money.

Great app and responsive developer
Love being able to keep an eye on my boat and have some additional WiFi coverage at the slip. Ran into some early issues with app working but developer was responsive to calls and got things working great. Very happy. Recommend highly
