Terrible service
Camera has not worked in over a month. I have tried to leave multiple messages and even called number that developer has left on some of these review. No response. Useless
Life Saver
So my marina had upgraded all of their electrical systems which meant I did not have access to the AquaVue cameras. After the marina had the electric up and running I brought the boat to ours summer home. Luckily I check the AquaVue cameras regularly and saw that one of my spring lines was not tight. The transom of the boat was way too close to the dock. I made a call and the Marina adjusted my lines. Shortly after the adjustment there was a pretty decent wind (30 to 38mph) that pushed the boat aft towards the dock. The newly tied spring lines did the job and the boat never touched the dock. Had it not been for the AquaVue camera the boat would have sustained substantial damage. I am very thankful for AquaVue and the quick actions of the Marina staff as I do not live close to the Marina. On a side note last season the WiFi that was provided through AquaVue, which I never thought I would use allowed me to stream sporting events and movies on my tv and laptop and helped me stay in touch with the world while my cellular service spotty at best at my slip. I would recommend AquaVue to all boaters, especially with the new geofence that the help desk easily walked me through. If I could give this service and this app 10 stars I would. Thank You AquaVue people.

Extremely unreliable system and terrible customer support
I had a very disappointing experience with Aquavue. The camera system has been extremely unreliable from the start. I paid for the equipment and also paid for the subscription, but the system does not work properly. It is constantly offline, I cannot reliably view or replay footage from my phone, and nothing seems to be properly set up or functioning the way it was advertised.
Customer support has also been very poor. I contacted them for help and was told to call back, but after that, I never received proper follow-up or a real solution.
Unfortunately, I had items stolen from my boat, and this system was supposed to help provide security at the marina. Instead, it was unreliable when I needed it most. The cameras were not consistently online, and I could not access the footage I needed.
On top of that, there appears to be no clear or easy way to cancel the subscription, yet my card continues to be charged every month for a service that does not work.
I would not recommend this system to any boat owner, marina, or business looking for reliable security. Based on my experience, the equipment, subscription service, app access, playback, and customer support have all failed.

Love the update
New update has such a nice feel to it. Every time I feel a little worried about leaving my boat at the slip for too long, it’s so nice to just be able to hop on here and check things out.
