Terrible service
Camera has not worked in over a month. I have tried to leave multiple messages and even called number that developer has left on some of these review. No response. Useless
Life Saver
So my marina had upgraded all of their electrical systems which meant I did not have access to the AquaVue cameras. After the marina had the electric up and running I brought the boat to ours summer home. Luckily I check the AquaVue cameras regularly and saw that one of my spring lines was not tight. The transom of the boat was way too close to the dock. I made a call and the Marina adjusted my lines. Shortly after the adjustment there was a pretty decent wind (30 to 38mph) that pushed the boat aft towards the dock. The newly tied spring lines did the job and the boat never touched the dock. Had it not been for the AquaVue camera the boat would have sustained substantial damage. I am very thankful for AquaVue and the quick actions of the Marina staff as I do not live close to the Marina. On a side note last season the WiFi that was provided through AquaVue, which I never thought I would use allowed me to stream sporting events and movies on my tv and laptop and helped me stay in touch with the world while my cellular service spotty at best at my slip. I would recommend AquaVue to all boaters, especially with the new geofence that the help desk easily walked me through. If I could give this service and this app 10 stars I would. Thank You AquaVue people.

Extremely unreliable system and terrible customer support
I had a very disappointing experience with Aquavue. The camera system has been extremely unreliable from the start. I paid for the equipment and also paid for the subscription, but the system does not work properly. It is constantly offline, I cannot reliably view or replay footage from my phone, and nothing seems to be properly set up or functioning the way it was advertised.
Customer support has also been very poor. I contacted them for help and was told to call back, but after that, I never received proper follow-up or a real solution.
Unfortunately, I had items stolen from my boat, and this system was supposed to help provide security at the marina. Instead, it was unreliable when I needed it most. The cameras were not consistently online, and I could not access the footage I needed.
On top of that, there appears to be no clear or easy way to cancel the subscription, yet my card continues to be charged every month for a service that does not work.
I would not recommend this system to any boat owner, marina, or business looking for reliable security. Based on my experience, the equipment, subscription service, app access, playback, and customer support have all failed.

Love the update
New update has such a nice feel to it. Every time I feel a little worried about leaving my boat at the slip for too long, it’s so nice to just be able to hop on here and check things out.
Excellent boat security
I’ve been using aquavue for several months now with my 4g camera on my boat and it delivers exactly what I needed! reliable 24/7 monitoring when I’m not at the marina.
Reliable, Incredible and a must have
This app is the best, I can always check on my boat and lines. Their service is excellent and very affordable. Very popular at our marina with most boaters using it for both the cameras and WiFi access. Pro services are a great easy one stop shop Rolodex for all your needs
Wrong camera.
They have the wrong camera associated with my boat. I’ve contacted them via their automated message feature and via chat, to no avail. It’s been a month. Right now they get 1 star. I’ll edit this if/when they fix the problem.
Unreliable
Down more than it’s up and when it’s up it’s sketchy. Video and sound freeze all the time and Patchogue river cam doesn’t work. And forget about support, non existent. Repeated requests for help go unanswered. Helpful when up and running but to unreliable and for $30/month unacceptable. Save your money.

Great app and responsive developer
Love being able to keep an eye on my boat and have some additional WiFi coverage at the slip. Ran into some early issues with app working but developer was responsive to calls and got things working great. Very happy. Recommend highly

Filled With Problems
When the app works and the camera works it’s great and does what it’s suppose to do. There is literally no customer support. The app is filled with bugs and goes down from time to time, other times the camera never loads at the slip. Great idea but filled with issues.

Does not work and no customer support
Purchased the app and unable to access camera view of my slip. Have requested customer support and never even received a response back. Seems like a great idea but they fail on execution and support.
Doesn’t have my slip number!
The update fixed the app so it now works on my phone, but now when I try to sign up, it doesn’t have my slips number even though there are TWO aqua vue cameras mounted right there!

Doesn’t work on updated iOS
Fix the app so it works on apple products that have updated iOS!
App does not open
Downloaded app and it crashes when I try to open it. Restarted phone and it still crashes.
