Sorry, it just doesn’t work..
I tried for two days (yes, I read the directions AND watched the video) to measure the area of my driveway in order to estimate the cost of replacement. It never worked past 3 or 4 data points. The grid disappeared each time and never came back. Please, don’t waste your time.

I am using this to calculate areas that are not uniform in shape and mostly less than 10,000 ft2 each.
In some cases the grid takes up to 10 minutes to update and appear. Other times it is just about as fast as I can walk. The wait is frustrating to say the least.
The battery consumption is huge. More than I would have hoped by far.
As a sparingly used app it is probably ok. If you want something to use often, it appears GPS is still the better way to go.
