Thank you for your feedback, however not sure this is a genuine issue. Apple manages subscription renewals, not the App, therefore we would like to understand more about your comment please. With regards to the subject title, our support e-mail is clearly documented and the ability to email support is only a few taps away within the App. We would therefore appreciate it if you could contact support@pipeflow.com using the subject 'andyout1234' regarding this, otherwise we will report this as spam to Apple.
