About

Pipe Flow GasRef is a gas properties calculator app that calculates the Density, Z Compressibility Factor, Viscosity and Specific Heat Ratio (SHR) at different temperature and pressure conditions for a number of common gases: Air, Ammonia, Argon, Butane, Butene, Carbon Dioxide, Carbon Monoxide, Dimethylether, Ethane, Ethylene, Helium, Hydrogen, Hydrogen Sulfide, Isobutane, Krypton, Methane, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide, Oxygen, Propane, Propylene, R125, R134a, R23, R32, Sulphur Dioxide, and Xenon. Developed by Pipe Flow Software, the App provides a reference to the properties of compressible gases at specific pressures and temperatures as input by the user. Pipe Flow GasRef is simple and easy-to-use: Select your Gas from the database Enter the required Temperature condition Enter the required Pressure condition Click Calculate The calculation results for the compressed gas are then displayed. Choose from a large range of compressible fluids including Air, Methane, Natural Gas and many more. Temperatures can be entered in Centigrade, Fahrenheit, or Kelvin. Pressures can be entered using relative pressure units: bar.g, psi.g, kpa.g or absolute pressure units: bar.a, psi.a, kpa.a, where .g refers to gage pressure and .a refers to absolute pressure. Density values can be displayed in metric (kg/m³) or imperial (lb/ft³) units. Viscosity values can be displayed in either centipoise or centistokes. Save calculation results to your device for future reference or share them with other GasRef users via e-mail or other file sharing services. Produce professional Excel or PDF reports showing the calculated gas properties at the specified conditions, for easy printing or sharing with others. Pipe Flow Software programs are trusted and used by engineers in over 100 countries worldwide. Terms of Use: https://www.pipeflow.com/pipe-flow-gasref-software/pipe-flow-gasref-software-license-terms
