A lot of scans 70% are not present and messaging dis work, couldn’t respond to messages

Still a long way to go to be a useful lead capture app. Poor upload times, poor connectivity, camera crashes.
Poor delivery when a great App is essential
Sorry Arab Health (Informa), but our experience so far this year and last is the app constantly gives error messages and doesn’t work smoothly at all. Very frustrating given this is the primary way of using the show audience to interact.
What makes it worse is your hotline never answers (despite the usual “your call is important to us” message which goes on to be repeated endlessly), and your online chat is terribly delivered. Takes an age and mostly the answer is “we will need to take a look at this, but please be assured we take these comments very seriously.” Hmmmmm….clearly not.
