I had a negative experience with a supplier after making a purchase through the Arabi-Emart app.

The app lacked features to protect my rights and allow me to easily cancel the order due to the supplier's breach of promise. Arabi-smart should take inspiration from Amazon and eBay to enhance customer protection and leverage against unreliable suppliers.
