Another Terrible Arbiter App

This app is truly the worst and not useful

Doesn't work

Can't do anything on this app. It's literally useless.

Crashes. Not useable.

Neither my husband nor I can get this app to work. Crashes every time we open it and click any other button. Not sure how we will get our school district info off this as it literally does not work.

Trash

Crashes every time I try to use the attendance feature. Literally every time. Don’t know what happened, but this app has become useless.

User search

You cannot search for a user. This app is useless without it. If I run a report with 500 responses it takes me 10 minutes keep scrolling to the bottom of a report. I could only imaging reports of thousands of users long. The higher in the alphabet for the last name ( like last name ‘zebra’ takes forever. I should be able to search for a user first and/or last name or other fields ( we use custom field of id# ) then see the appropriate paperwork signed by them. I just use the website instead. Clunky but better than this app.

This should also be able to edit the mistakes in user inputted signups. This is less of a urgency but still should be an absolute functionality

I’ll never understand why people make apps that don’t have the basic functionality needed for it to be useful. Do they ask the end users for input at all how they use their product ?
