Awful

School forced me to get this terrible app

This app is replace๐Ÿ’€

Thereโ€™s this thing called classlink: plus thereโ€™s like at the left bottom you see a thing and it changes your theme so whoever made this Iโ€™m sorry but your now gonna be replace your were my favorite app when I was in pre-k to fourth grade ๐Ÿ˜ž

Youโ€™re lucky if half the features work

My main complaint is that the ping me button will send your phone a notification but when you actually open the app theirs a 95% chance itโ€™s not going to work and youโ€™re forced to go back 2 menus and select manual code and manually enter a code.
It is also horribly slow, just terrible loading times which are abysmal during the beginning of the semester

FAQ

What does the RapidIdentity App do?

The RapidIdentity App provides an additional layer of security for signing into work and personal applications. It supports push notification authentication and generates time-based one-time passcodes (TOTP) as a second verification step or password replacement.

Can I use this app offline?

Yes, the RapidIdentity TOTP feature works offline and does not require a cellular or Wi-Fi connection to generate passcodes. This makes it convenient for use in various situations where connectivity might be limited.

What kind of apps does this app support?

This app supports all the same apps as Google Authenticator, including popular services like Gmail, LastPass, Evernote, Dropbox, and Facebook. It can generate TOTP passcodes for RapidIdentity and other personal SaaS services and web applications that support mobile-generated passcodes.

How is my data protected?

You can lock specific passcodes behind a PIN or your phone's Touch ID. This ensures that even if your phone is accessed by someone else, your authentication codes remain protected and not exposed.

Is this app free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is offered for free. There are no mentions of in-app purchases or subscription fees associated with its core functionality.
