Terrible app
My university has this app set up for printing. However, all the librarians tell us don’t use it. It’s terrible. I tried it and we couldn’t even get it to connect or work. Do not use this app! If you are going to use it try to use the Web version instead.
Doesn’t work after a few months
From the beginning is a pain to log into, then printing pdfs doesn’t work, so you have to SS every page. Then, freezes, then kicks you out. Then doesn’t start/work period.

I try to use my university’s printer domain, and it says it doesn’t exist. My friend used it last week. This has been happening since August.
