Great for my ADHD

This has been the only thing that’s been able to make any difference in my social media addiction and Ive tried everything. It has a flawless integration for YouTube and the Instagram is a little glitchy and slow but that’s perfect for me because it makes me not wanna be on it! This app has actually made a crazy difference in my life

Goated

Favorite app of all time. Cut my screen time down by around 6 hours. I haven’t doom scrolled since

Appreciate the goal. Too clunky

I appreciate blocking reels, but it frequently lags or freezes when trying to view other peoples stories or load messages they sent. If the experience was smoother it’d make using this app instead of the social media much more worth it.

Must Have!!!

This app is singlehandedly giving me back control of my attention span. It’s actually so eye-opening how simply eliminating short-form content from everyday apps can stop anyone from feeling addicted to their phones. And it’s free which is insane! I recommend this app to anyone in my life with similar issues. Keep up the good work :)

Love it!

I love that I can still stay connected with people I follow on social media, but I don’t end up scrolling for hours on end.
