Easily the most difficult print app to use, constant disconnections, files diapering, network issues

Won’t even load
I try to use my university’s printer domain, and it says it doesn’t exist. My friend used it last week. This has been happening since August.
The app never open
For some reason after lkke a few weeks the app won’t open and it just leave u on the opening page

Does not even load, I can put all my information in and then it freezes, this is one of the other ways that don’t work to print at my school!!
Works Fine for a Few Months Then Has Periods of Bugginess
This app is required for my school in order to print stuff. Initially, the app worked fine. However, every couple months or so, there’s a long period of the app just being unable to open. I just get kicked back into my home page. This is super unreliable and frustrating as I don’t have another option to print out homework papers or lab papers. I thought it was because maybe I didn’t update the app? Nope. It just doesn’t like to cooperate every so often. Please fix this bug and I will fix my rating.

Loading Bugs
First of all, please add a progress bar of some sort to show that ur application is loading. Also, the app does not open at times. Kindly fix these issues.

You’re lucky if you can log on this app, but then it doesn’t print. The worst app I’ve ever used my entire life. Terrible UX

This app made me so sad i actually wish i could meet the creator and cry in front of him. LIKE WHYYYY is this app being used at colleges it doesn’t work and i can’t print anything.
Don’t waste your time.
Literally doesn’t even work at all. Says it’s no longer compatible, then emails with a link to register your email in order to use it, which then doesn’t exist.

I was reading some of the other reviews and they talked about this app being very buggy and not working.
Perhaps it’s due to recent bug fixes or updates, but this was my first time using this app and it worked fine!
It did the job, printed my stuff. Nothing special, but really no issues.

You’re lucky if you even get to sign in and when you do that’ll be the first and only time you’ll be able to log in. This app has so many issues it shouldn’t even be used . We’re in 2024 it should be way more compatible and convenient. That’s the whole point of apps !!!! FIX THIS HORRIBLE APP

Doesn’t work
This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. Every time I open it, it freezes before I can get past the sign in page…This is my second time trying to use it and it’s still a failure after a year.
