This app is trash I got it bc I need to do a project for chorus and it is not letting me get past the put your pin and when I put my pin in it says 1 time code and when I say done it takes me back to my account

There’s this thing called classlink: plus there’s like at the left bottom you see a thing and it changes your theme so whoever made this I’m sorry but your now gonna be replace your were my favorite app when I was in pre-k to fourth grade 😞
You’re lucky if half the features work
My main complaint is that the ping me button will send your phone a notification but when you actually open the app theirs a 95% chance it’s not going to work and you’re forced to go back 2 menus and select manual code and manually enter a code.
It is also horribly slow, just terrible loading times which are abysmal during the beginning of the semester

Doesn’t work if you switch phones
It recognizes the new QR code if you try to sign in through a new device. Fix your app
MFA Codes
The codes need to start on a full timer. More than half the time I need to use the app, I’m given a code that with its timer already most of the way down so it switches sometimes while inputting it.
App Needs Better Dev Team
This app frequently experiences issues, and its services are regularly down. Working support and supporting this app was a nightmare due to the constant app failures, which led to frequent calls and frustrated users. If you have alternative options for MFA, I highly recommend using those instead!
Hard
It is very hard to log in especially for students my advice would be to make it more accessible.

Completely Inaccessible
This app is useless if you can’t read smaller text sizes. Couldn’t even get past the first page with my built-in iPhone larger text accessibility setting.

It’s Not Rocket Science
If you understand how authenticator apps work, this shouldn’t seem like rocket science to all the One Stars. The enrollment process was straightforward and our SSO works well with RI. Sure there are bound to be hiccups, but those are usually network issues, not the application. So many people get locked out because they forget TOTP is an option when they have a bad WiFi or cellular connection. Not many apps will give you a second option, btw. The only gripe I have with the app is the rebranding that was done recently. The simplification of the logo and the black and blue color combination were not good choices by the UI/UX team. Bring back the old branding, please!

I cannot believe this app exists
This has got to be one of the worst Authenticator apps to ever exists, the only reason I have it is because my school has made me download this trash app that barely even functions. It’s so bad to the point where it has stopped pinging my phone to let me into my school account, so I have skip this garbage of a MFA anyways and just put in my password. Unfortunately for me that bypass has stopped working, and now I am unable to log into my schools account with only being met by an authentication failed. In an attempt to fix it i un-downloaded the app and reinstalled it only to have my MFA for my school account and every other MFA that I had saved for other applications disappear. For reference I am a Radiography major and for certain clinical sites I have to use this garbage app per my program requirements. Now I am not only unable to log into my school account, my school email, and all of my clinical sites for my program. Thank you RapidIdenity for being the single most worst, more unreliable app that i’ve ever had the miss-pleasure of downloading in my entire life.
