This app is terrible. I need to view a season schedule to send to grandparents. I want my schools old janky website back.

No RSS, bad Add to Calendar
There’s not a way to subscribe to a calendar via RSS to automatically get updates, and when I add events to my calendar using the link, it doesn’t ask which calendar to add them to or even put the event name on it, so I have to find the event, move it to the correct calendar and rename it. Whatever company the school was using before was way better. This is hot garbage.

Email support
I like the new upgrades. Particularly, the feature is allows you to see the game fees paid highlighted in green for each game on the assignment page. I don’t like it that email access was removed. It was very convenient to easily find all of the emails associated with Arbiter in one place. I truly miss that feature in the app.

App is horrible
You cant even find the stats of other ppl or look up the stats of who are very close in league contenders i would give this app zero stars if i could. KHSSA SHOULDVE NEVER GOT with this app.

Can’t access profile
No matter what I try I get an error everytime I click Profile. I’m logged in and can favorite my teams, but it’s not usable for anything else.
Calendar Does Not Sync with IPhone
Calendar feature does not sync with iPhone. Have tried to manually sync with url and it does not work. There is no sync calendar functionality in the settings section of the app as described in the instructions.
Arbiter
Arbiter is so convenient and easy to use. It’s nice to see my schedule, payments, and game information all in one place.

I have contacted the Arbiter for assistance and each time they solve the issue very quickly. I truly appreciate how responsive they are.

Disaster App
The worst app I have on my phone. I would delete if I could. Security issues everywhere, including allowing facial recognition using an old photo. I imagine the lawsuits against them will eventually sink this app.
Good potential but poor implementation
Profile and calendar support doesn’t work. Relying on local device storage means that teams being followed must be setup on each device being used rather then synchronized through a backend. Currently no calendar integration on local devices for published scheduled events
Good start
Easy to use. It would be a 5 star when it incorporates the ability to save assignments to the iPhone calendar with the location address. It would be a great addition.
Email harvesting
What a complicated nuisance. I used to be able to go to the school’s sports calendar, and subscribe to any team calendar in one or two clicks. Now you have to sign in to a company website, share your email (why??), dig around their website, and get an email calendar link. It’s like going back in time.

Notifications
Need the ability to receive notifications on the app of assignments or changes. I do like that I get txt notifications but having notifications on the app would be an added plus.
New update
New update isn’t as clean as it was before and days of the week aren’t listed until you click on the game.
Great upgrades
I’ve used the Arbiter app for years as an official. I’m very happy with the new upgrades they made in the new app. It’s easy to navigate and complete the day to day tasks that I use the app for.
