Disaster App
The worst app I have on my phone. I would delete if I could. Security issues everywhere, including allowing facial recognition using an old photo. I imagine the lawsuits against them will eventually sink this app.
Good potential but poor implementation
Profile and calendar support doesn’t work. Relying on local device storage means that teams being followed must be setup on each device being used rather then synchronized through a backend. Currently no calendar integration on local devices for published scheduled events
Good start
Easy to use. It would be a 5 star when it incorporates the ability to save assignments to the iPhone calendar with the location address. It would be a great addition.
Email harvesting
What a complicated nuisance. I used to be able to go to the school’s sports calendar, and subscribe to any team calendar in one or two clicks. Now you have to sign in to a company website, share your email (why??), dig around their website, and get an email calendar link. It’s like going back in time.

Very Convenient… Never miss a game assignment!!
Notifications
Need the ability to receive notifications on the app of assignments or changes. I do like that I get txt notifications but having notifications on the app would be an added plus.

New update
New update isn’t as clean as it was before and days of the week aren’t listed until you click on the game.
Great upgrades
I’ve used the Arbiter app for years as an official. I’m very happy with the new upgrades they made in the new app. It’s easy to navigate and complete the day to day tasks that I use the app for.

So much easier
Using the app was so much easier than going to a website. Great improvement, keep it up!
Does not work.
Trying to accept games and app will not open up. Tells me to go to arbiter sports.com to open up to accept assignments. Needs fixed.
Undisputed Champ
Sometimes managing a schedule can get overwhelming but this application was clear and concise. As a multi-sport public servant I commend the application and the ease of navigation. Security was tight and secure logging in for me but I found that to be a relief; some people cringe at those trials but I still managed fine with your services.

Google Calendar
Please have Arbiter link and synchronize with Google Calendar and other online calendars

It is confusing and the website is way better than the app, when you update it it resets your passcode so you have to sign in again and in the app you can’t sign up for ref jobs but you can on the website but honestly the app is only goid for checking your games not actually signing up for them. 🤷♀️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great app
I am a soccer official and have used this app with upgrades for 5 years. It is fast and efficient and easy to set up and use.
Smooth but different
Got so used to the old school arbiter still after almost a year after update trying to get around the app
Limited Information
Garbage. This app used to show my complete schedule of meets. Now it only shows school searching. This was a very good app but now it is useless and needs to be fixed.
Avoid most recent update
Please note that I cannot see any of my games anymore. Every attempt to refresh the app has failed. Now none of my payments or games are being shown. If possible I would recommend avoiding the most recent update. Since this issue I haven’t been able to get and transfer my payments.
New Update Sucks
Please roll back the most recent update. I do not attend a school, but I am forced to select a favorite and can only see the schedule. I can no longer access Arbiter pay, my schedule, or reports. This makes the app pretty much unusable for referees.
