Credit card payment not seamless at all, it is a maze
I can move my money when I want to!
We use Amazon for a few purchases ( as do some other folks) and being able to transfer our money at any time to cover those transactions is a blessing. And the deposit feature of taking a picture of my check saves us some driving time. Thank you for an easy to use app!
1098 form
There’s no way to download tax form on the mobile app or website. How can you overlook such a basic document?
A little glitchy
I like the convenience of the app, but it glitches out a lot. For example, I cannot click on past deposited checks after this most recent update.
Updated App was needed!
I am thrilled with the new app. It is very useful and easy to navigate. While there is a small learning curve, once you become familiar users can set up automatic transfers, text alerts and manage spending more efficiently!

I have been happy with this credit union for decades. Kind, friendly and always helpful.
Poor credit and debit card management
Our ability to manage our cards and rewards is much worse than in the past. Communication about our issues falls on deaf ears.

My biggest issue with the app so far is the main screen has ads to outside companies.
This used to be better
I’m consistently renewing an authorization for Face ID for my registered device and all on my transfers that I had stored went away when the app changed… This used to be the Rolls Royce of banking apps and now it’s a KIA. I have less issues with my Honor account app and with my Morgan Stanley app… definitely feel like we got downgraded here.
