Fun game to play!
Unbelievable
So I’ve been playing with Arcade Live for a while now and have spent quite a bit of money playing. It’s been nothing but one issue after another. I have to
Beg and plead thru multiple emails to receive any gift card I purchase with points and the same goes for when the machines malfunction. Takes forever to be reimbursed.
The latest issue is that they did this “update”. I had spent $50 on coins, and now for whatever reason, I can’t play any of the games. I’ve sent 4-5 emails and still nothing.
I highly suggest finding another app to spend your money. Don’t waste it here.

This app is great! My daughter had so much fun and was so excited she could play claw machines online. She even won a switch her first time playing!
I was scammed, be careful
I used to be a long time player of the arcade live app. Racked up tons of tickets overtime and in the beginning, received prizes when I won. One day I had a really lucky day and was able to win 4 prizes worth over $1000 and had them sent for shipping like normal. Then weeks went by turned to months they never came. I reached out to the support email, the only way to get in contact with someone, no response either. After about three months I still haven’t gotten a response back or my prizes delivered and now it appears I can’t even access my account which has over 2 million tickets on it.

This game won’t let me log in
Hello. You’re probably not gonna do anything about this, but I can’t log in at all. Every time I log in it logs me out after a split second. This is why I’m giving a 1 star review. If I would access the app, it would’ve been a 4 or 5 star. So disappointing.

Terrible App
I usually don’t leave reviews but please do NOT spend any money on this app. Thankfully I didn’t spend any. This app does not work. It let me play one machine and then every time since it has told me “Camera is down” for every single game on the website. I reached out to the support about the issue and the email they sent back didn’t clarify anything about the issue I reported! Don’t waste your time and definitely do NOT spend any money.

The one downside is that they don’t have a free play practice claw machine.

first impressions
thought it was a cool concept, played a claw machine a few times and got the 50k ticket roll by my last try, but didnt pay out.
Now I know and love them
Now I know how to reach customer service. I am absolutely loving this app. The games are really fun and now I can reach somebody if I need anything. Please try it out. You’ll love it just like I do.
So disappointed
The customer service team does not care about the customer. I have reached out to them no joke 15 times and they still have never reached back out.
The games are great when you can play or when there not cheating you out of your prize or freezing up and taking your coins. Other then that I really do love to play the games

Best arcade around
By far my favorite arcade app. Real live claw machines and other arcade type games. I mostly play for tickets for real prizes…and awesome prizes to choose from. I have also played the plush toy claw games and the plush toys they shipped me were high quality plush toys.

I just started playing this app about a month ago and since I started playing I’ve spent a few hundred dollars on the app playing ticket redemption games. I didn’t have to spend as much money as I did but I really enjoy playing ticket redemption games and where I live the nearest arcade is about 25 miles away which isn’t far but I’m 43 years old now and don’t like going to Dave and Busters in New Orleans anymore. I definitely recommend this app to anyone who loves ticket redemption games. They’re always updating and working hard on getting all the bugs out of the app. I’m glad I found this app and I hope others will find the app and love it as much as I do. Thanks Sprocket and all of the arcade live team for bringing some joy into my life. The past few years have been not so good for me but at least now I have something I can do to take my mind off of things. Awesome app I definitely recommend this app to everyone.

Awesome app until…
I just started playing this app about a month ago and since I started playing I’ve spent a few hundred dollars on the app playing ticket redemption games. I didn’t have to spend as much money as I did but I really enjoy playing ticket redemption games and where I live the nearest arcade is about 25 miles away which isn’t far but I’m 43 years old now and don’t like going to Dave and Busters in New Orleans so when I first started playing this app I thought to myself this is awesome. Well after winning over 8 million tickets and then I redeemed a 50 dollar door dash gift card which I got and used already I played some more and won more tickets. So I redeemed an indoor grill,two 200 dollar visa gift cards and a couple other things that I’m waiting to be delivered. I decided to play some more because I guess I’m addicted to the games but at least I’m getting better at them. The last few times I’ve tried playing the app it only lets me play the big ticket claw machines that always drops the ticket rings after it picks it up but that’s all part of the fun of playing arcade machines and I still got back up to 4 million tickets and played the last of my credits so I went to try and buy more credits but all of a sudden I can’t buy any more credits. I uninstalled the app and deleted it then downloaded and reinstalled it still can’t buy any more credits. So I went ahead and redeemed as many tickets as I could and now I’m going to delete the app. It was fun while it lasted. Back to the Clawee and Claw Crazy apps. I’ve been playing both of those apps for a couple years and haven’t had any problems with them. I might check back with arcade live later down the line.

First off it is a total scam the claws don’t pick up anything second all of the shipping costs money and you have to win 3 prizes
